JiveSlide Support - Failed Network Test

Step by Step instructions


Step 1) Make sure you are running BlackBerryOS 4.0 (or later)

If you have an older version of BlackBerryOS, please Download BlackBerryOS 4.0 and install it on your BlackBerry first. If you are not sure which version of BlackBerryOS you are running on your BlackBerry go to Options -> About and on the screen that pops up it will tell you.

Step 2) Choose your carrier

  • Alltel

  • Bell Mobility

  • Cingular Blue, (Former AT&T Wireless)

  • Cingular Orange

  • KPN - Netherlands

  • Nextel/Telus - iDEN

  • O2 (Germany and United Kingdom)

  • Rogers

  • SFR (France)

  • Sprint

  • Telus - CDMA

  • T-Mobile

  • Verizon

  • Vodafone (UK, Germany, Ireland, Sweden, NL)

Step 3) Run JiveSlide

NOTE: When sending e-mail to our support team please make sure you tell us what BlackBerryOS you are running, your Carrier (the phone company that you have service with), and as much detail as you can about the problem. that way we will be better equipped to help you out.
